Milan submit offer for Raphael Onyedika

Milan have made a first bid to sign FC Midtjylland midfielder Raphael Onyedika but talks will need to continue. The Rossoneri are still looking to replace Franck Kessie following his switch to Barcelona this summer as the club look to strengthen their midfield.

A long-touted move for Renato Sanches looks to have fallen short, so the club have turned their attention to Onyedika instead.

Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Milan have offered €4m plus add-ons to Midtjylland for Onyedika, however the Danish side want around €10m, and further talks are expected to bring the teams closer together in terms of a deal.

The 21-year-old Nigerian midfielder was scouted by Milan last season and their interested in him is long-standing.
