Monza are pushing to sign experienced Fiorentina goalkeeper Pietro Terracciano. The veteran keeper, born in 1990, has been a key player for Fiorentina, but with the club looking to bring in a new goalkeeper, possibly Michele Turati or David de Gea, Monza sees an opportunity to secure his services.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the Lombardy-based club is eager to sign Terracciano, especially after the departure of Michele Di Gregorio to Juventus and Alessio Cragno’s shoulder injury.
Terracciano is open to the move, attracted by the credibility of Monza’s project under Adriano Galliani’s leadership and the likelihood of Fiorentina signing a new first-choice goalkeeper.
Monza is waiting for Fiorentina to finalize their goalkeeper acquisition before completing the deal for Terracciano.
