Napoli have reached an agreement with Ligue 1 side Stade de Reims for the transfer of young talent Jens Cajuste. The Partenopei have been in the market for new midfield options this summer, having already been linked with Spanish talent Gabri Veiga this week.
Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna now reports that Napoli have reached an agreement with Reims for the transfer of Cajuste.
The 23-year-old Sweden international is expected at the Villa Stuart medical centre in Rome later today to undergo a club medical before being announced as a new Napoli player.
Cajuste joined Reims in 2021 and had a breakthrough 2022-23 season, scoring 4 goals in 33 appearances across all competitions. He previously played for Danish side FC Midtjylland after coming through the Örgryte IS youth academy.
