Former Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey has signed a 1 year contract at OGC Nice, just 1 week after leaving the Italian giants. The Welshman had recently returned from loan at Scottish club Rangers, where he missed a penalty in the Europa League final, having previously spent two injury plagued seasons in Turin, where fans and pundits alike agree that he failed to make an impact.

Ramsey returned to Juventus this summer but was reportedly told that he did not feature in the clubs plans, agreeing to a mutual contract termination.

Ramsey signed for Juve in 2019 after leaving Arsenal with a lot of attention focusing on his salary which was reportedly €7m net per season.

The Welsh international scored 6 goals in 70 appearances for the Bianconeri.
