AC Milan are on a trajectory to achieve at least $200 million worth in transfer fees, which is helping to fuel an aggressive rebuild this summer. See who has made way already, as well as the latest AC Milan transfer rumors to see why that milestone is well within reach.
AC Milan Transfers 2025-26
AC Milan transfer news, certainly in terms of arrivals, has slowly begun to pick up in recent weeks.
It has largely been a period of widespread upheaval at top-to-bottom in Milan this summer, with new sporting director Igli Tare joining forces with Max Allegri, who takes over the managerial hot seat.
Following on from the Rossoneri’s worst Serie A finish in a decade, the club have enacted an assertive renovation.
The biggest loss of the window came relatively early, with Italy’s midfielder of the season — Tijjani Reijnders — joining Manchester City in a $65 million deal.
He has been joined by Pierre Kalulu and Marco Pellegrino as the only confirmed sales, while the likes of Joao Felix, Kyle Walker and Tammy Abraham depart from their loans to alleviate a bloated wage bill.
AC Milan Departures So Far
- Tijjani Reijnders to Manchester City — $65 million
- Pierre Kalulu to Juventus — $16.7 million
- Marco Pellegrino to Boca Juniors — $4.1 million
- Davide Calabria & Luka Jovic — Out of Contract

Latest AC Milan Transfer Rumors
With Theo Hernandez’s move to Al-Hilal all but confirmed, the expected $35 million fee will bring AC Milan’s sales this summer to over $120 million.
That is expected to jump by $45 million in the coming days, as Cesc Fabregas’ Como add a wealth of experience to their blossoming squad, with a double swoop for Malick Thiaw and Alvaro Morata.
Elsewhere, sporting director Igli Tare also confirmed that USA international Yunus Musah, who is linked with a move to West Ham, is not within their plans as Allegri’s midfield overhaul takes shape.
Musah, who also remains strongly linked with a move to champions Napoli, will command a fee of at least $30 million, which — combined with Thiaw and Morata’s Como exits — would bring Milan’s total transfer sales up to $200 million for this window.
Most Transfer Income 2025-26
Beyond those expected sales, there could well be more players preparing to leave the San Siro. Not least Mike Maignan, who appeared to be on the verge of a move to Chelsea before a disagreement over the fee.
Rafael Leao is also constantly linked with fresh rumors throughout the summer, although his transfer — which would likely bring in a record fee for Milan at $100m-plus — is complicated for potential suitors. Bayern Munich appear best positioned for his signature, but no progress has been made beyond initial contacts.
According to live betting sites, the Portuguese international is still expected to remain part of Allegri’s plans next season.
It does, however, appear that Milan will reach the $200 million mark in this window, which could propel them near the top of Europe for most transfer income in 2025-26.
