AC Milan Supporters All Want The Same Player Sold Despite Como Win: ‘Drive Him Myself’
The Rossoneri survived a dismal first half to claim a crucial 2-1 victory.
AC Milan supporters brutally told the club to sell Youssouf Fofana after he struggled against Como.
Youssouf Fofana Poor Vs Como
Fofana was restored to Massimiliano Allegri’s starting XI at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia on Thursday night but delivered a performance to forget.
The hosts dominated the opening 45 minutes and deservedly took the lead from Marc-Oliver Kempf’s bullet header, before Milan hit back through Christopher Nkunku’s stoppage-time penalty.
The Rossoneri were fortunate not to have conceded more, with goalkeeper Mike Maignan pulling off several eye-catching saves. His heroics then set the stage for an unlikely turnaround in the second period.
Adrien Rabiot completed the comeback, superbly volleying home from Rafael Leao’s dinked ball, and soon wrapped up the three points by notching his brace with a thumping low finish on 88 minutes.
However, Fofana’s display still raised eyebrows, particularly as speculation continues to swirl around his future.
One X user brutally wrote: “#ComoMilan @acmilan sell Fofana immediately.”
Judging from the online reaction, this was not a controversial statement.
Indeed, another supporter posted: “Any written offer that’s actually for the figures being bandied about for Fofana should be accepted immediately before someone changes their mind.”
A third jokingly suggested they would drive Fofana to their next destination, with several Turkish clubs circling.
“Beyond the individuals (one at random: #Fofana – but how much does Galatasaray want to give him, shall I drive him there myself?) a Milan that plays this badly is truly a stab in the back every time,” they said.
A fourth simply added: “Fofana needs to be sent out of our club.”
Fofana played 70 minutes before being replaced by Samuele Ricci.

Galatasaray Hold Fresh Transfer Talks
Despite Fofana starting in Como, his future at Milan looks in doubt.
According to journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, Galatasaray recently met with the 27-year-old’s representative to make their pitch. Fofana would prefer to stay, even as the Super Lig club pushes for his signature.
The amount tabled has not been specified, but reports in Italy have claimed that Milan would want €35million.
Per MilanNews, Galatasaray have offered Fofana around €5.5m in wages per season, a lucrative financial package. But even this may not be enough to prise the player away from Italy.
As a result, the Turkish outfit could turn to Inter Milan’s Davide Frattesi or Juventus’ Teun Koopmeiners.
Meanwhile, Milan missed out on Rayan, the Brazilian teenager seemingly bound for the Premier League.
