Serie A side Atalanta have made a formal bid to sign Birmingham City’s 19-year-old midfielder Jordan James. The Welsh talent is a product of City’s youth academy and has worked his way through the ranks to regularly feature for their first team.
Fabrizio Romano reports that Atalanta are very keen on James and have already submitted a €4 million bid for the Welsh international, with talks progressing.
James has made 26 appearances in the Championship so far this season, scoring 5 goals in all competitions.
