Reports from Germany confirm that Bayern Munich have withdrawn French defender Benjamin Pavard from the market. The 27-year-old had been in talks over a move to Inter this summer, with Sky Sport Germany claiming that there was a verbal agreement reached between the Nerazzurri and Bayern for the players transfer.
Sky Sport Germany once again report that the Bavarians have decided against selling Pavard, meaning the deal with Inter is now off. The Frenchman has a contract with the Bundesliga champions until 2024, meaning he can agree terms with Inter in January 2024, unless he chooses to renew his contract.
Pavard has spoken in the past of his desire to play in Serie A, saying his preference would be to play for Inter.
