Bonucci at Kings League Final: “Juventus Struggling, Results Speak for Themselves”

Former Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci shared his thoughts on his old club and his recent experience in the Kings League during an interview at the Allianz Stadium, where the Kings League final is set to take place.

It was an exciting experience that awakened emotions I hadn’t felt in a long time and gave me a different kind of evening, despite the defeat. It’s a completely different type of football, but I’m convinced it has a great future. There are many young players, and that’s the element that makes the difference.”

When asked about Juventus’ performance in the recent derby, Bonucci didn’t shy away from addressing the club’s current struggles: “Juventus is going through a complicated moment, the results tell us that. But I’m equally convinced that we’ll see a bright future with Thiago Motta, Giuntoli, and the team because there’s a journey to be made that doesn’t give immediate answers but will provide them in the future.”
