Reports from various media outlets in Italy suggest Juventus will not renew Paulo Dybala’s contract beyond June. La Joya’s agent met with Juventus management today and recently left the clubs Continassa training ground.
La Gazzetta dello Sport, Goal Italia and numerous others report that the club have decided not to renew the Argentines contract beyond June this year. After that point, Dybala will be free to leave the Bianconeri after 7 years in Turin.
Sky Sport report that Juventus offered Dybala a lower ‘fixed’ portion of his salary, but did include bonuses that would bring the total to €10 million per year. Despite the revised offer, the two parties were unable to reach an agreement.
Serie A rivals Inter and La Liga side Atletico Madrid are reportedly among the clubs interested in signing the 28-year-old. More to follow…
