Samuel Chukwueze is set to join Milan, with reports suggesting he could arrive in the USA later today to complete his medical. The Villarreal winger has been the subject of interest from a number of European clubs this summer, but the Rossoneri look to have moved quickest to secure his signing.
La Gazzetta dello Sport, Sky Sport Italia and a number of others report that the deal is effectively done, with the final bureaucratic details now complete.
The move is expected to cost Milan a base figure of €20 million, with a further €8 million in add-ons.
The 24-year-old is expected to head to the States to join his new teammates as they continue their pre-season tour.
