Andrew Robl, Alejandro Lococo, and Rick Salomon are set to headline a landmark week for High Stakes Poker, as the show returns live to PokerGO for seven consecutive days from August 25-31. CoinPoker is presenting the entire week of broadcasts from the PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas.
Andrew Robl Leads a Stacked High Stakes Poker Lineup
Andrew Robl, one of the most respected names in high-stakes cash games, headlines the confirmed field for the week. Robl has built a reputation as one of the toughest regulars in the biggest games running today.
He’ll be joined by Rick Salomon, another established face in high-stakes circles, with PokerGO expecting to confirm further additions to the lineup before the week begins.
Alejandro Lococo Brings CoinPoker to the Table
CoinPoker ambassador Alejandro Lococo rounds out the confirmed names so far, giving the platform a direct presence in the actual games rather than just branding around the broadcast.
Lococo’s seat at the table ties CoinPoker’s sponsorship to the poker itself, adding weight to a partnership that runs through both the livestream and the promotional content around it.
Seven Straight Days of Live High Stakes Poker
The stretch marks the first time PokerGO has run High Stakes Poker live for seven consecutive days, streaming daily from Las Vegas starting August 25.
PokerGO CEO Brent Hanks said the week is about bringing together the biggest personalities and highest stakes in the game. He added that a full week of live coverage is something the show has never attempted before, and credited CoinPoker’s role as presenting sponsor as central to delivering what he expects to be a standout week for fans.
CoinPoker’s Sponsorship Lands During a Busy Stretch
The PokerGO deal comes as CoinPoker moves through one of its busiest periods of the year. Battle of Malta Online recently wrapped after paying out more than $35 million and setting a new concurrent player record for the platform.
CoinPoker’s Global Online Poker Championship begins August 23, just two days before the High Stakes Poker week kicks off, carrying a $50 million guarantee across the series. A new 3-Bet Club membership also launched this month, adding extra rewards and discounted tournament buy-ins for subscribers.
Broadcast times and any further additions to the High Stakes Poker lineup are expected to be confirmed closer to the August 25 start date.
