AC Milan Prepare Shock January Move For Real Madrid Wonderkid As Brazilian Falls Out Of Favor Under Xabi Alonso

AC Milan are reportedly interested in making a shocking approach for Real Madrid star, Endrick, as the Brazilian is yet to make a La Liga appearance this season.

Could Endrick Leave Real Madrid?

The 19-year-old became one of the hottest prospects in soccer after bursting onto the scene with Palmeiras, contributing to 24 goals in 82 appearances (21G +3A).

His star potential quickly caught the eye of teams across the globe and Real Madrid managed to convince the Brazilian to commit to future in Spain – signing Endrick for €47.5 million.

The deal between Los Blancos and the Brazilian was agreed in December 2022, as the Brazilian agreed to join Madrid in June 2024 after turning 18.

Since signing for Real Madrid, the teenager has made 37 appearances and scored seven goals along the way, becoming the youngest foreign player to score a La Liga goal for the club at 18-years and 35 days.

However, his future with the club has taken a surprising turn since Xabi Alonso took the reins in Madrid, as the Brazilian is yet to make an appearance this season.

Alonso has preferred to utilize Spanish youngster, Gonzalo Garcia, although the striker has also been linked with a move away as Garcia has attracted interest from Como.

Breaking into the Real Madrid attacking lineup is not an easy task at this current moment in time, with Vinicius Jr, Kylian Mbappe, Rodrygo and Arda Guler all sitting ahead of Endrick in the pecking order.

Mbappe has been the main man for Madrid this season, scoring 14 goals in 10 appearances across all competitions so far, failing to find the target in just one match.

With the chance of featuring in Los Blancos’ starting lineup dwindling, Endrick is reportedly considering a loan move during the January transfer window – attracting interest from multiple teams across Europe.

Are AC Milan Interested In Endrick?

The Rossoneri have enjoyed a strong start to their Serie A campaign, as Massimiliano Allegri’s side currently sit third in the table and are unbeaten from their last six matches across all competitions.

Most recently, Milan were held to a 0-0 stalemate by Juventus in Turin and came close to securing all-three points as Christian Pulisic missed from the penalty spot.

The USMNT has been one of the standout players for Milan this season and Pulisic is close to agreeing a new deal in Milan, with hopes of guiding the Rossoneri to a Scudetto this season.

Bringing Endrick in during the January window would be a difficult deal to complete on a permanent basis, however, initial reports have revealed that the Brazilian’s availability is through a loan deal.

The 19-year-old is under contract until June 2030 and could cost over €70m, which could only be funded by a huge sale from Milan and Rafael Leao is the only player that is valued at a similar amount.
