The FIGC prosecutor’s office has decided to open an investigation into the anti-Juve chants sang by Milan players during the transfer to the airport after the match against Roma.
The Federal Prosecutor Giuseppe Chinè, having acquired the videos that immediately went viral, wants to see clearly ‘to ascertain the possible violation of the canons of fairness, probity and correctness and identify those responsible’. The chorus – posted on social media – is the same as the gaffe that occurred during the European Athletics Teams’ European Championships ceremony at the Silesian Stadium in Chorzow, Poland.
To the notes of ‘Rich and Poor’, some footballers sang: ‘Hold me tight and stay closer…. And whoever doesn’t jump is a Juventus hunchback’.
