The FIGC Prosecutor’s Office led by Giuseppe Chiné has requested 11 penalty points from Juventus in the new hearing at the Federal Court of Appeal today in the capital gains case.
The Court, after the Collegio di garanzia adjourned, is called to reconsider the role of managers without signing authority and consequently, the size of the penalty.
Chine has asked for Juventus to be handed a new 11-point deduction and also requested an eight-month ban for Pavel Nedved , Paolo Garimberti, Assia Grazioli-Venier, Caitlin Mary Hughes, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio and Enrico Vellano.
However, the collegium had upheld in its entirety the Appeals ruling regarding the club’s chief executives, Andrea Agnelli, Maurizio Arrivabene, Fabio Paratici and Federico Cherubini.
