New head coach Stefano Pioli is now tasked with the decision whether to let the Moroccan leave Florence after just one season.
Pioli returned to the Stadio Artemio Franchi last weekend in what will be his second spell as boss. The 59-year-old previously managed the side between 2017-2019.
