Galatasaray Eye Udinese’s Festy Ebosele as Right-Back Option

With Emerson out of contention, the Turkish giants have shifted their sights to Italy and identified Ebosele as a potential candidate.

Festy Ebosele, a 22-year-old Irish international of Nigerian descent, joined Udinese in 2022 after leaving Derby County. Known for his speed and versatility, Ebosele can play as a right-back or right wing-back. Currently on loan at Watford in the English Championship, he has been gaining valuable experience under the Pozzo family’s ownership structure, which links both clubs.

Despite his promising profile, Ebosele is currently sidelined with an injury. The primary concern for Galatasaray revolves around his fitness. If medical evaluations indicate that he can recover within a few weeks, the Turkish club may push forward with a move to secure his services.
