Juventus are being linked with a move for Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling as they look to strengthen their wide positions. The Italian club are keen on acquiring two attacking wingers, with Nico Gonzalez from Fiorentina already on their radar. Now, they have also expressed interest in Sterling, the English winger currently playing for Chelsea.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the situation at Chelsea could facilitate Sterling’s move, as the club is reportedly close to signing Pedro Neto from Wolverhampton, who plays in the same position. This development might prompt Sterling to consider leaving Stamford Bridge, opening the door for a possible transfer to Juventus.
Securing Sterling’s signature won’t be straightforward for Juventus, as they will likely face stiff competition from other clubs, both in the Premier League and across Europe. Nevertheless, Juventus is already gathering information to assess the feasibility of such a move.
In the previous season, Sterling made 31 appearances in the Premier League, scoring eight goals and providing eight assists. While Juventus continues to explore other options, including Francisco “Chico” Conceicao and Jadon Sancho, the club is considering a loan deal to bring in a new player.
