According to Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Fabiana della Valle, Ugarte has found his future at PSG thrown into uncertainty sooner than anticipated. Despite initially capturing the attention of PSG manager Luis Enrique, the Uruguayan midfielder now faces an uncertain future at the Ligue 1 champions, potentially leading to his departure during the upcoming summer transfer window.
Juventus are aware of the uncertain situations surrounding Adrien Rabiot and Weston McKennie and are keen to alleviate the defensive responsibilities of Manuel Locatelli. Consequently, Ugarte has emerged as a prime target for the Serie A side due to his adeptness at recovering the ball from deeper areas of the pitch.
