Juventus are expected to speak with Roma in the coming days about the availability of Dutch right-back Rick Karsdop. The Giallorossi are set to part with the 27-year-old following a very public falling out with coach Jose Mourinho and sporting director Tiago Pinto confirming they want to sell the player in the January transfer window.
Sky Sport Italia claim that the Bianconeri could contact Roma in the coming days as they look for a back-up to Juan Cuadrado, following his recent injury. Juve have been using midfielder Weston McKennie as an auxiliary right wing-back in recent games, to limited effect, and are looking for a solution for the remainder of the season.
The stumbling block is expected to be the players valuation with Juve prepared to offer up to €5m for Karsdop while the Giallorossi are holding out for no less that €10m.
Karsdop was dropped from the Roma squad that travels to Milan later tonight and looks almost certain to leave in the coming weeks with Premier League side Fulham are also interested in acquiring him.
