Kenan Yildiz Silences Any Rumors Over A Move Away From Juventus As Youngster Wants To ‘Stay For Life’

Start

Kenan Yildiz has put cold water on any rumors over a possible move away from Juventus after claiming he wants to stay with the Serie A side ‘for life’.

What Did Kenan Yildiz Say About His Juventus Future?

The Turkish international cemented himself as one of Juventus’ key players during the 2024/25 season, after making his senior debut in the season prior.

In 35 Serie A appearances, the 20-year-old contributed to 12 goals and registered over 2400 minutes, which is the most he has managed in Italy’s top-flight.

His recent performances at the FIFA Club World Cup have also made a statement to Igor Tudor, with the Turkish star scoring three goals in two appearances so far.

Juvenuts are currently interested in adding more firepower in attack, negotiating a $30 million deal for Manchester United star, Jadon Sancho, and Tudor may be looking to form a side around Yildiz this summer.

In a recent interview, Yildiz spoke about his future in soccer and revealed that he would like to build on his 2024/25 campaign – aiming to stay at Juventus for life.

Yildiz said: “I would like to stay at Juventus for life. In the last year, I felt like I was becoming a man, especially in my mentality. There were difficulties, but I am happy with the season. Being the symbol of Juve gives me great confidence.

“I don’t think about the contract. I don’t talk about money or anything else, I just want to give my all on the pitch. I would like to stay at Juventus for life, but in football, you never know what can happen.”

Are Any Clubs Interested In Yildiz?

After his impressive display last season, Yildiz has caught the attention of several clubs around Europe, including a duo of Premier League sides in Arsenal and Chelsea.

The Gunners have already made two signings this summer and are on the verge of a third, with Mikel Arteta adding Kepa, Martin Zubimendi and closing in on Christian Norgaard.

Interestingly, Arsenal are yet to add any attacking options to their side despite a lack of goalscorers last season and this may be why they are eyeing up Yildiz this summer.

Although Arsenal have not added any firepower in attack, the Gunners are still one of the favorites to win the Premier League on the best betting apps after finishing third last season.

As for Chelsea, their activity in recent transfer windows has put the world on notice after spending over a $1 billion since 2022 and this is not set to stop.

The Blues have already added Liam Delap to their side this summer and have been linked with a host of star names, including PSG star, Randal Kolo Muani.

Juventus are looking to sign the Frenchman also, after his strong loan spell with the club last season and Chelsea may be willing to cool their interest if Yildiz becomes available.

The 20-year-old has four-years remaining on his deal in Turin and does not appear to be itching for a move away from the club this summer – meaning any bid may need to be over $75m.
