Inter CEO Beppe Marotta insists that Milan and Juventus are in the title race with them: “Juve have an advantage over us.” The Nerazzurri boss was speaking ahead of Inter’s 1-0 win over Napoli, a victory that secured them the SuperCoppa Italiana, and insisted that the Scudetto race was wide open:
“Juventus have an advantage over us in that they don’t have European football. Therefore, they risk injuries less, that can be a factor. The fact that they then talk about finishing fourth is underestimating themselves, that’s an understatement.”
“When we talk about Inter, Milan and Juve, we always talk about winning.
“They’re favourites, and then Milan are recovering in form. It will certainly be a great end to the season.”
