Milan are in advanced talks with centre-back Fikayo Tomori over a new contract that would extend his stay with the Rossoneri. The 24-year-old enjoyed his best season yet, playing a key role in the Milan side that lifted the scudetto, and the club are now keen to extend his stay.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the player is keen to remain in Milan and talks have been underway for some time over an extension to his current deal which ends in 2025.
Di Marzio suggests that the new contract would see him net an improved salary and add another two years to his contract, tying him to Milan until 2027.
Tomori formed a key partnership with Frenchman Pierre Kalulu last season, becoming the bedrock of Milan’s title success.
