The Rossoneri have identified the 24-year-old defender as a top transfer target as they look to strengthen their backline ahead of the upcoming season. Initially, Tottenham’s valuation of Royal was around €30m, but after weeks of negotiations between intermediaries, Milan have managed to bring down the North London club’s demands.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Tottenham are now open to selling the former Barcelona man for a fee in the region of €20m, a figure that Milan are willing to match.
