Sky Sport Italia report Milan are looking to sign Romero in the coming days, and will meet with his agent on Wednesday to complete the deal.
Romero made 21 appearances for Lazio over two seasons, scoring just the one goal in their victory over Monza in the 2022-23 campaign.
