Francesco Camarda is expected to sign a three-year contract with Milan next, fresh from his exploits at the U17 EUROs. The 16-year-old was named the 2024 Under-17 EURO Player of the Tournament, helping the Azzurri beat Portugal 3-0 in the final, scoring a brace that contributed to them winning the title.
Sky Sport Italia now report that Camarda will remain with Milan until 2027, and is expected to put pen to paper on his contract later this week.
Born in 2008, Camarda has been a key player in Ignazio Abate’s Rossoneri Primavera squad, shining brightly in the Youth League. Notably, he scored spectacular goals, including a memorable one against Newcastle, before making his senior team debut at San Siro under coach Stefano Pioli.
