Fiorentina striker Luka Jovic is set to join Milan on loan for the remainder of the season after an agreement was reached between the two clubs. The Serbian forward has been used sparingly this season by coach Vincenzo Italiano, with Lucas Beltran the preferred first choice after his summer move.
Sky Sport Italia report that a deal for Jovic to Milan is all but complete and should be announced soon. There’s no fee expected to be paid by Milan, meaning the Serbian will arrive for free for the 2023-24 campaign, but they will cover his salary.
Jovic scored 13 goals for La Viola last season in all competitions, including six in Europe that helped Fiorentina on the way to the Conference League final.
