Milan’s Niclas Fullkrug Deal: Wages And Option To Buy Price Revealed

Niclas Fullkrug to Milan is now a near-certainty as reports have emerged detailing how much he could cost from West Ham.
Milan set to pay €1.3m wages for Niclas Fullkrug with €13-14m option to buy
Links between Fullkrug and Milan have been gathering pace in recent weeks, and now it looks like a matter of time before the completion of a deal.
Fullkrug will be in Milan before Christmas for a medical, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
An agreement has reportedly been reached between Milan and West Ham for a free loan.
The Rossoneri will pay the player €1.3million net in wages, added the report.
Fullkrug reportedly even made a financial sacrifice to come to Milan, such is his desire to make the move.
As for the option to buy, Calciomercato have reported that a deal of €13-14million has been agreed.
Only the formalities remain before Fullkrug to Milan can progress to the medical stage, added the report.
How the Italian authorities have helped Milan out on the Fullkrug front
FIGC, the Italian soccer federation, has reportedly given Milan a pathway to use Fullkrug immediately if paperwork is completed fast.
Calcio e Finanza reported that the FIGC Federal Council approved a derogation allowing Milan and Cagliari to register new signings on matchday.
The rule would allow list updates by 16:00 on January 2, the same day as Cagliari-Milan, making immediate selection possible.
Without that exception, timing alone would have ruled Fullkrug out, because the winter window opens on January 2.
Gazzetta previously warned that “technical” registration steps made a Cagliari debut unlikely, pointing instead to Genoa on January 8.
Even so, Milan can have him training beforehand and, if all goes to plan, it won’t be long before he’s with his new teammates in Italy.

At first glance, it looks like good news for all parties, though there are certainly some caveats.
Milan get themselves a long-term target who could refresh their front line in a relatively low-risk deal.
Santiago Gimenez and Christopher Nkunku have failed to impress for the Rossoneri.
However, reports claiming Massimiliano Allegri is not convinced by Fullkrug will be of concern to Milan fans.
Meanwhile, West Ham get a player who hasn’t delivered for them off their wage bill.
However, considering they paid around €32million for him, fans may see it as a financial blow.
And for Fullkrug, he gets the opportunity to get his career back on track ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
