Napoli manager Antonio Conte has been linked with a surprise switch to AC Milan.

The former Juventus head coach is reportedly on a list of managerial targets should Fabio Paratici take over as Milan’s sporting director.

This is according to Tuttosport, who claims that Paratici wants to reunite with Conte at the San Siro following their time together at Tottenham.

Paratici is one of the leading contenders to take over the director role at Milan. Should he get the job, he will want to hire Conte as manager.

Antonio Conte Linked With The AC Milan Job

AC Milan’s season has spiralled out of control this season despite Italian Super Cup success.

Their exit from the Champions League and poor Serie A form has now seen reports of Conte being linked with the club sprout up.

Milan have also won just two of their last four league games.

Paratici will want to reunite with Conte given their success at Juventus previously and their more recent time together at Spurs.

When Is Conte’s Napoli Contract Set To Expire?

Conte’s current deal at the Diego Maradona Stadium is set to run out in 2027.

Napoli are currently second in the table, three points behind Milan’s rivals Inter.

However, despite their good form, Conte’s relationship with the Napoli board has been strained.

Conte was unhappy with the sale of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Paris Saint-Germain in January.

This could see Conte leave in the summer and a club like Milan could tempt him into making the switch.
