Sky Sport Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Napoli are also negotiating with Chelsea, the club that currently holds Lukaku’s contract. While the Neapolitans aim to finalize the deal at around €25 million plus bonuses, Chelsea are holding out for €35 million plus bonuses.
