Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho has been handed a lifeline as he tries to find a new club, after Napoli once again bid for the winger.
The Serie A side made an offer for Garnacho in January, but had their advances rejected.
But the Italian champions have come back in for the Argentinian international, tabling a fresh £45 million bid.
A move to Napoli would help rescue Garnacho after his public fallout with United boss Ruben Amorim.
The 21-year-old has been told to find a new club, and informed he has no place at Old Trafford.
Napoli are one of several Serie A clubs to show a heavy interest in the out-of-favour Manchester United star, with AC Milan also reportedly keen.
Garnacho Napoli Bid Could Rescue Unfavored Star
Manchester United are desperate to offload Garnacho, who has been told to stay away from pre-season training at the club.
Garnacho, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia will all train apart from the wider squad.
Although United want £60 million for the forward, they have now accepted they won’t get that much.

Negotiations are ongoing with Napoli, with both clubs hopeful of agreeing a deal.
Napoli are excited about the prospect of Garnacho linking with former Manchester City star Kevin de Bruyne, who arrived on a free transfer this summer.
Also at the club is Garnacho’s ex-Man United teammate and last campaign’s Serie A Player of the Season, Scott McTominay.
Napoli President Desperate To Sign Garnacho
As Napoli’s pursuit of Garnacho intensifies, the club are making their intentions abundantly clear.
Club president Aurelio De Laurentiis believes it is Manchester United, not the player, that is at fault.
He said: “Garnacho’s got pace, flair and potential
“But that’s not even why we want him. We want him because he’s at United. Get him out and he becomes twice the player. There’s a fault at United that I can’t explain.”

The fallout between Garnacho and Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim came after the player was left out of United’s Europa League final defeat to Tottenham in Bilbao.
Garnacho openly questioned his manager’s decision and discussed his future publicly.
Speaking at the time, Garnacho told reporters: “Obviously it’s hard for everyone.
“Our season was s***. We didn’t beat anyone in the league. We lacked a lot of things. When you don’t score goals, you always need more.
“Until we reached the final, I played every round. And I played 20 minutes today – I don’t know. I’m going to try to enjoy the summer and see what happens next.”
Alejandro Garnacho Haircut An Unusual Source Of Criticism
While Garnacho hasn’t been short of critics recently, some have had surprising reasons.
Former United goalkeeper Ben Foster is one of those with outspoken views.
After United’s Europa League loss, he told Talksport: “I think for Man United it’s best to ship [Garnacho] out.
“If I was the manager I’d be a little bit similar to Amorim in the case of I just want team players.
“I want a bunch of lads who are good, honest, hard working team players. And I don’t get that vibe from Garnacho, I don’t get that vibe from a few of the players.
"I Want GOOD LADS!" 😇

“You look at the full-time whistle after the Europa League game. You have Brennan Johnson doing an interview.
“He looks like he hasn’t had a haircut for about three months, [hair] horrible all over the place, but his interview was incredible.
“You could tell he’s a real nice lad, he’s hard working, he does everything for the team.
“Then you look at Garnacho. Fresh trim a day ago, dyed blonde ready for the final.
“The full-time whistle goes, he’s sat on the pitch sulking by himself, not trying to get behind the other lads, picking them up, saying ‘well done we got this far’.
“And I think that there is the big contrast. I just want good lads, honest, hard working lads.”
