Dan Ndoye has been constantly linked with a move to southern Italy in recent seasons, but the latest Napoli transfer news sees Bologna teammate Sam Beukema also the subject of heavy interest.
Napoli Transfer News Reveals New Talks For Dan Ndoye
Napoli appear to be going full steam ahead with shoring up their title defense. They have already added one of the finest midfielders of all time in the shape of Kevin De Bruyne, while they are also future-proofing by picking up highly-rated Luca Marianucci from Empoli.
Talks have also begun for Liverpool’s Darwin Nunez, while new contacts between Chelsea and Napoli are expected this week to discuss Jadon Sancho.
However, closer to home, the Azzurri’s long-standing interest in Dan Ndoye, which saw them have a formal approach rebuffed last season, may finally be reaching its conclusion.
Reports in Italy this week have revealed a new meeting between the player’s agent and Napoli, with the club keen to resolve the saga as soon as possible to fend off Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United’s interest in Ndoye.
Bologna are expected to demand in excess of $45 million — at least $10m more than Napoli offered in January.

Sam Beukema Also on Napoli’s Radar
Although qualification for Europe and a Coppa Italia triumph last season has increased Bologna’s stock exponentially, they likely entered the summer window knowing that bigger clubs would come calling.
Napoli’s raid of the Rossoblu is expected to continue beyond Ndoye, with teammate Sam Beukema also entering the frame for a potential double swoop.
Napoli are expected to ask for a combined fee for both Ndoye and Beukema to accelerate negotiations, and reports suggest they may use players of their own as makeweight to sweeten the deal.
It is likely Alessandro Zanoli would fall into that bracket after returning from a season-long loan at Genoa, as well as Jesper Lindstrom.
Alfredo Pedullà reports that Bologna will ask for at least $80m for the pair, which Napoli may be prepared to meet if other targets elsewhere fail to land.
Reports indicate that they offered a tentative $60m package for the pair, which was rejected during negotiations for Ndoye.
Elsewhere on their radar, PSV’S Noa Lang has agreed terms while they are still chasing Premier League duo Federico Chiesa and Trevor Chalobah.
Napoli considerable efforts to bolster all over the pitch has seen them move to clear favorites to retain their crown next season, according to offshore sportsbooks.
