Napoli could look to double the salary of Georgian winger Kvicha Kvaratskhelia in an effort to keep him at the club. The 22-year-old has been one of the revelations of the season, scoring 12 goals and providing 13 assists in his debut campaign with the Partenopei, attracting attention from the likes of Real Madrid in the process.
Corriere dello Sport report that Napoli are eager to tie the player down to a long-term contract, having snapped him last summer for a fee of just €11 million.
Kvaratskhelia currently earns €1 million per season and the Il Corriere claim that Napoli are looking to more than double that figure to €2.5 million per season, including various performance related bonuses.
His contract could also be extended from 2027 to 2028 in an effort to ward off the attentions of Real and Liverpool.
