Genoa have announced the signing of former Atalanta forward Ruslan Malinovskyi on loan from Marseille. The Ukraine international spent four seasons in Bergamo before making the switch to Marseille last summer, but failed to replicate his performances in Serie A.
Genoa have now confirmed that Malinovskyi has joined them on loan until summer, with an option to sign him outright for a reported €10 million.
The 30-year-old scored 23 goals for Atalanta during four seasons in Bergamo, making 115 appearances.
