Hellas Verona have officially confirmed the signing of Danish cente-back Martin Frese on a three-year contract. A statement on the clubs official website confirmed the news:
“Verona – Hellas Verona FC announces that they have acquired the sports performance of Danish defender Martin Frese, who has signed a contract with the club until 30th June 2027.
Born on 4th January 1998 in Rodovre, Denmark, Frese began his sporting career in the youth sector of FC Nordsjælland, a Club with which he made his professional debut on 5th May 2017, in the Superligaen match – the top Danish league – against Copenhagen.
From the 2020/21 season until 2023/24, the defender was permanently included in the First team squad, with whom he scored a total of 13 goals and 12 assists in 131 total appearances across all competitions.
