According to La Repubblica, Juventus fan groups have protested at the news that Max Allegri is set to remain in charge next season. Bianconeri CEO Maurizio Scanavino seemingly confirmed on Wednesday that Allegri would be continuing to manage the team for the 2023-24 season, a decision that was met with a backlash, particularly from fans on social media.

La Repubblica now report that Official Fan Clubs have reportedly sent several communications protesting the club’s decision to confirm Allegri as coach for next season, following a dismal 2022-23 season.

“‘We are not renewing season tickets,’ the clear message, which would not, however, have particularly upset the upper echelons of the club management, where it is known that in order to get people back to the stadium, it will be necessary to achieve convincing results next season”.
