Patrik Schick’s Agent Admits Leverkusen Star Would ‘Love’ To Go To Milan

Start

According to the latest Patrik Schick transfer news, the Leverkusen striker is open to moving to Milan this summer.

Schick has been one of the finest goalscorers in European soccer in recent years. The Czech Republic international has been tipped to move back to Serie A by his own agent.

Schick previously represented Roma and Sampdoria before moving to Germany in 2019. He enjoyed a successful loan spell with Leipzig before moving to the BayArena a year later.

Patrik Schick Transfer News

Despite being priced at +600 with offshore sportsbooks to win Serie A this season, Milan would still represent an attractive option for Patrik Schick.

Max Allegri has joined for a second stint as head coach and the legendary Luka Modric is also on board at the San Siro. With no European soccer to contend with, the general feeling around the San Siro is still positive.

Schick’s agent says no Champions League action wouldn’t deter his client from moving back to Italy. He would consider transferring to the San Siro as soon as possible.

Interest has been strangely scarce in Schick this summer. Turkish giants Besiktas have been linked but now with the player’s agent urging Milan to make their move, they shouldn’t have any serious competition for his signature.

Patrik Schick Agent On Milan

Patrick Schick’s agent gave an exclusive to MilanNews on August 1 and strongly talked up the possibility of his client moving to Milan.

He’d love to go to Milan, no matter when. And for the Rossoneri, having a player like the current Patrik Schick would be a real coup.

“And for a player with his undoubted qualities, the price tag isn’t expensive,” he said about Schick. His agent also went on to add that he believes Max Allegri’s side could afford Schick.

When quizzed about the genuine chances of Schick returning to Italy this summer, his agent said nothing can be ruled out but did reinforce the fact the Czech star still has two years to run on his current deal.

“Anything can happen in football. But be careful: Patrik still has a two-year contract with Leverkusen. We’ll see what happens in the future. Although anything is possible.”

How Much Would Patrik Schick Cost?

With Patrik Schick’s agent essentially advertising him to Milan, how much would the 29-year-old striker likely cost? Age will certainly effect the potential transfer fee and so to will the number of goals Schick has scored for Leverkusen.

During his time at the BayArena, Schick has found the back of the net an impressive 81 times in 168 appearances. He was also part of the legendary Xabi Alonso’s ‘Invincibles’ who won the Bundesliga in 2023-24.

Schick certainly has the experience that makes him an attractive option for Milan. And even more so as it appears that the Czech will play second fiddle to Victor Boniface.

Leverkusen have lost a number of star names and Boniface has also been linked with a move away. Nonetheless, Schick could still push for a move away and would cost potential suitors around €35-40million.
