However, the most likely destination appears to be Major League Soccer (MLS), the American league that has become a safe haven for many stars in the twilight of their careers. The United States, where Pogba owns a house in Miami, seems to be more attractive to him than Saudi Arabia.
In the summer of 2023, before he tested positive for doping, Pogba had received significant offers from Saudi clubs. Now, however, the United States appears to be the most concrete option for the French midfielder.
The MLS could offer Pogba a chance to rebuild his career in a less pressurized environment while still playing at a competitive level. It would also allow him to experience life in America, something that seems to appeal to him given his property in Miami.
