Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot insists that team still have their sights set on the Scudetto this season. Bianconeri coach Max Allegri has continued to downplay Juve’s chances of lifting the title, but to DAZN speaking after their 1-1 draw with Inter, Rabiot insisted the title was still the focus for the players:
“It’s a good result, we wanted to win but it’s a difficult team to play against. It wasn’t decisive, we’ll have time to take points later.”
“The goal we conceded? We went out too much, they verticalized and we had to be tougher on Lautaro. They are strong in front of goal, it’s a good point.”
“Vlahovic? The coach trusts him, we need him. He has a good linkup with the Chiesa and they are very important for us.”
“After the goal? I always try to give me motivation, I just said that we are champions and we want to win because it can happen to take goals. Then the second half was even more balanced.”
“Are we title contenders? Of course, I’ve always said it. The goal, what we say in the dressing room, is to win the Scudetto. We are champions, we are strong and we can win. We can do it.”
