Football super-agent Rafaela Pimenta says Paul Pogba knows he has to focus on Juventus now,  having missed out on the World Cup squad. The Frenchman sat out the competition in Qatar with a knee injury and is only now returning to full training, having yet to play a game for the Bianconeri since his return. Speaking to RAI Sport (Via Calciomercato) Pimenta explained the problems Pogba has encountered while also touching on the excellent form of another client, Denzel Dumfries:

“Dumfries? We all saw the matches he played with Holland at the World Cup, he did very well, but we expected that. We are happy for him, first of all; then I hope Inter will be happy with him, but they certainly will be. He’s an Inter player, he plays with heart, then we’ll see.

Pogba’s injury? When Paul realised he wouldn’t be able to take part in the World Cup, he had a really difficult time. He was very bad, then he understood that he couldn’t still think about missing the World Cup because he is a Juventus player and he has to think about his club.

How are relations with Juventus? From my side there has always been a lot of clarity, I hope things can continue to go well as they always have.

Transfers? The January market, quite rightly, is not so hot because it’s a ‘repair’ market. This time it will be interesting because some teams last summer postponed decisions on whether or not to buy players until January because of the World Cup. I’m curious to see what will happen.

Proxies in transfer deals? Mino never wanted a battle, but he wanted to express the idea that agents are a piece of this wonderful game that is football. Agents are players in this world and for this reason they must have rights and duties, they must be listened to.”
