Reports from Italy claim that Max Allegri is set to be dismissed as Juventus coach, with an official announcement due later today.  There have been a number of reports from Sky Sport Italia and others, suggesting that the Bianconeri were considering sacking Allegri today, following his angry outbursts after the Coppa Italia final.

Italian journalist Mirko Nicolino now reports that Juventus have already made the decision to fire Allegri, and waiting until the close of the stock market to make it official. Writing on Twitter, Nicolino said:

“It’s over. Massimiliano Allegri is no longer the coach of Juventus . Official announcement in the evening (after the Stock Exchange closes). Paolo Montero first candidate to lead the team into the last two games of the season.”
