Baggio tried to react, but one of the assailants struck him with the butt of a pistol, causing a wound to his forehead. The ‘Divine Ponytail’ and his family were locked in a room while the robbery took place. Once they realized the thieves had left, Baggio broke down the door and contacted the police. Baggio required several stitches at the emergency room in Arzignano, but the other family members were unharmed.
