The player is reportedly aware of manager Daniele De Rossi’s high regard for him and is said to be favoring a move to the Giallorossi. However, the transfer hinges on Roma’s ability to meet Juventus’ asking price.
For the right-back position, Roma has expressed interest in Lorenz Assignon, a 24-year-old player from Rennes. Assignon spent the previous season on loan at Burnley in the Premier League.
