Juventus appear poised to part ways with promising Argentine forward Matias Soule this summer, with West Ham United emerging as the latest Premier League club to express interest.
While newly-promoted Leicester City has been considering a move for Soule, and Roma has also shown interest, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that West Ham could make a late bid for the young talent. Juventus views Soule’s potential sale as an opportunity to fund other transfer market moves.
Despite new manager Thiago Motta’s desire to retain Soule, Juventus’ sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is inclined to sell the player abroad. Leicester City remains in the running, but it’s uncertain whether they will meet Juventus’ €30 million valuation for the starlet, who impressed during his loan spell at Frosinone last season.
Should Soule depart, Juventus plans to reinvest the proceeds in another wide player, with Borussia Dortmund’s Karim Adeyemi identified as a potential replacement.
