Milan have announced that young talent Francesco Camarda has signed his first professional contract with the club. A statement on the clubs official website confirmed the news:
“AC Milan have announced that Francesco Camarda has signed his first professional contract.
Francesco, born in Milan on 10 March 2008, joined the Rossoneri youth academy at the age of 7. He has stood out for his technical skills and impressive goal-scoring record in the Youth Sector. During the 2021/22 season, he was instrumental in helping his team secure the U15 Scudetto.
He spent last season with the U19 team, making a total of 41 appearances and scoring 14 goals across the league, UEFA Youth League, and Coppa Italia Primavera.
On 25 November 2023, at the age of 15 years, 8 months, and 16 days, he became the youngest player ever to debut in Serie A in a home match against Fiorentina. He also made a second appearance at San Siro against Frosinone.
Between May and June, the young forward participated in the U17 European Championship with the national team, contributing to their title victory with 5 appearances and 4 goals, and he was named Player of the Tournament. Currently, along with four other Rossoneri players, he is taking part in the Under 19 European Championship being held in Northern Ireland.
Francesco will continue his adventure with the Rossoneri in Milan Futuro and will remain with the club until 30 June 2027. “
