Napoli have officially confirmed the signing of winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Georgian club Dinamo Batumi. The Partenopei had been pursuing the 21-year-old for some time and secured personal terms with him several weeks ago.
The club have now officially confirmed his signing via a brief statement on the clubs official website:
President Aurelio De Laurentiis is delighted to announce that SSC Napoli have signed Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. The Georgian winger, 21, joins from Dinamo Batumi on a permanent transfer.
Kvaratskhelia made 11 appearances for Batumi in the Erovnuli Liga, scoring 8 goals.
