Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal have officially confirmed the signing of Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. The move is expected to earn the Biancocelesti around €40 million, while the Serbian international is set to net €20 million a season.
Al-Hilal announced the signing with a video that showcased the player’s football family heritage, referencing his father Nikola Milinkovic, and younger brother Vanja Milinkovic-Savic.
Milinkovic-Savic joined Lazio in 2015, going on to make 341 appearances, scoring 69 goals and providing 59 assists.
