Udinese have officially announced the signing of Spanish talent Iker Bravo. The Under-19 European Championship MVP has signed a contract with the club that will keep him in Udine until 2028.

Udinese released a statement confirming the acquisition: “A new chapter begins for one of Europe’s brightest football talents. Iker Bravo is now a player for Udinese. Acquired permanently from Bayer Leverkusen, Bravo has signed a contract until June 30, 2028. He brings creativity and quality to our attack, enhancing our offensive lineup. Known for his dynamic play as a forward, Bravo is equally adept at starting from the wings or the attacking midfield, adding unpredictability to our play. His skills earned him the title of the best player at the recent Under-19 European Championship, where he scored the decisive goal in the final for Spain.”
Career Highlights
Born on January 13, 2005, in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Bravo began his football journey in Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy. In 2021, at just 16, he moved to Bayer Leverkusen, where he quickly made his mark. Bravo debuted in the Bundesliga at 16, becoming the youngest player to do so for Leverkusen. His performances caught the eye of Real Madrid, who took him on loan for the 2022-2023 season. During his time with Real Madrid Castilla, Bravo also played in the UEFA Youth League, scoring three goals in four appearances.
International Experience
Bravo has been a standout performer for Spain’s youth teams, scoring 11 goals in 14 appearances for the Under-17 team and two goals in 15 appearances for the Under-19 team. His contributions were crucial in Spain’s victory at the Under-19 European Championship.
