PSG have made Fabian Ruiz offer

French side Paris Saint-Germain have made their first offer for Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz but its below the asking price. The Spanish international is into the last 12 months of his contract with the Neapolitans and is expected to be sold, rather than leave for free next summer.

Journalist Matteo Moretto reports that the Parisians have submitted a first offer just below €25m, which includes add-ons.

Napoli are aiming for closer to €30m for the 25-year-old and Moretto confirms that talks are ongoing for the moment.

For his part, Ruiz has already come to an agreement on personal terms with PSG and given his ok to the transfer.
