Reports from Italy confirm that Juventus have reached an agreement with Ligue 1 side Lille for the transfer of centre-back Tiago Djalo. The Bianconeri have been closely linked with a transfer for the Portuguese defender, but the suggestion is that a move has now been formalised and is in the closing stages.
Goal Italia’s Romeo Agresti reports that there is a ‘full agreement’ between the clubs for the transfer of the 23-year-old, saying that Djalo will join Juventus.
The move is expected to be completed this week, with just medical tests and an official announcement pending.
Djalo has spent the entirety of the current season injured, having torn the ACL in his knee back in March 2023 and spend almost 10 months sidelined.
